He upheld the earlier judgment of the court in Bielsko-Biała, which ordered the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) to re-calculate the retirement of a resident of the province. Silesia. Born in 1954, a woman in July 2009 retired for an early retirement, which is entitled to persons working in “special conditions” [dotyczy to m.in. osób pracujących w warunkach szkodliwych dla zdrowia, a także nauczycieli, żołnierzy zawodowych, dziennikarzy itp.].

When she reached the universal retirement age (in the case of women it is 60), she wanted to retire. Meanwhile, it turned out that it would be lower, because according to the provisions of 2013 it was reduced by the amounts of previously paid pensions.
