In the third quarter of 2025, the growth rate of Poland's GDP accelerated to 4.0%. y/y from 3.3 percent in the second quarter, for which services were responsible to the greatest extent in terms of creating added value – forecast Credit Agricole economists.

“We forecast that in Q3 the GDP growth rate accelerated to 4.0% y-o-y from 3.3%, with services largely responsible for the creation of added value. On the demand side, the revival of GDP growth and the added value of services is consistent with the still high consumption dynamics we forecast (4.0% in Q3 compared to 4.5% in Q2),” Credit Agricole wrote in the report.
“In the following quarters, along with the expected slowdown in consumption and revival of investment growth (higher absorption of EU funds), the role of services as a factor of GDP growth will slightly weaken in favor of construction and industrial processing,” it added.
The Central Statistical Office will publish a flash estimate of gross domestic product for the third quarter of 2025 on Thursday, November 13. The office will present full data on December 1. (PAP Business)
