Yesterday we reported that in the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict, the Preobrazhensky young men, who were traveling together on an electric scooter, were shot down on the sidewalk of a 10-year-old boy. The accident occurred a few days ago in the area of house number 4 on Peter Podzolkov Street. The surveillance cameras recorded that the guys quickly rode together on a rolling scooter. In the passing direction, a little ahead, a 10-year-old boy on a normal scooter moved. The young men tried to go around the child on the right, but he also shifted a little to the right, and a collision occurred.
The police reported that the boy was injured and was taken to the hospital, and the young men disappeared from the scene.
Road police officers found the culprit of the incident. The young man explained that he and his friend urgently had to get home, but only one scooter managed to rent. The young man admitted that it was not very convenient for him to manage equipment due to the presence of a passenger. He saw a child, but did not have time to react to his maneuver.
On this fact, the investigating authorities of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia organized an audit under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements of life or health of consumers).
