In connection with a fight and shooting in the center of Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case was opened

In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case of hooliganism has been instituted due to a mass fight.

According to the investigation, in the evening of July 3, a conflict occurred between the companies of the young people near the public catering point, located along Peresonson Street in Krasnoyarsk, during which one of the fighting participants fired from a signal pistol.

As a result of the shot, one 17-year-old participant in the conflict was injured. There is no threat to his life and health.

Investigative Department in the Central District of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia in connection with a mass fight that occurred in a public place, a criminal case was instituted on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, using weapons and the use of violence).

Currently, the necessary investigative actions are performed in the criminal case, all the circumstances of the conflict are established.
