In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 21 people drowned in the first summer month, of which 6 children, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia reported.
Among children, most of the dead – These are teenagers who went to swim unattended by adults.
“Teenagers go to the pond some or in the company of peers, without adults. They bathe where it is prohibited. And friends cannot recognize due to age and inexperience when a person is drowning, and, accordingly, do not provide assistance in a timely manner“, – Explained in the press service.
Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies remind that it is impossible to let children in a pond. Children should always be under supervision, it is important to organize their leisure.
