In Krasnoyarsk, graduates of the military training center SFU received officer ranks

In Krasnoyarsk, diplomas on the end of the military training center of the Siberian Federal University took place.
In total, the educational institution left 121 graduates. 25 former students received a diploma with honors. Everyone was awarded the first officer rank. Now yesterday's students will now be able to serve in the air defense troops, missile forces, airborne troops and artillery.
“You have chosen a very complex and responsible profession – to protect your homeland. This profession requires the highest skill, professionalism, devotion to their work. I have no doubt that you will be the name of a graduate of the Siberian Federal University, the first Federal University, created by decision of the President of the Russian Federation. I want to say thanks to your parents, your loved ones for the education of real defenders, the heroes of the Fatherland. I wish you a successful service! ” – Congratulated the graduates Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov.
At the solemn event, new officers took an oath to protect their homeland, be an example of the fulfillment of officer duty and serve your people. Wreaths were also entrusted to the Avenue of Namely Flows in memory of the heroes of our country. At the end of the release ceremony, a parade of young officers and waltz took place.
The receipt of the first officer titles this year is especially symbolic, since the year of the defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War are celebrated. In honor of this, busts were opened in the center of the Polards-the heroes of the Soviet Union Vasily Molokov and Ilya Mazuruku.
“They were among the first to lay the Arctic Avia Marshruts, and during the war years they led air transportation along the Alaska -Siberia highway. Such examples help future officers better understand that service is professionalism, courage and complete dedication for the benefit of their homeland, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.
