Former State Duma deputy from Novosibirsk, Vera Ganza called the wearing of a hijab threat to security and suggested fine for this. The politician shared his opinion with the OM1 correspondent Novosibirsk.
Vera Hanzya noted that Burka, Nikab, Curl or Paransa are prohibited in countries With Islamic religion, but permitted in Russia.
“We have a lot of fines – for mushrooms and berries, ambiguous statements, but there is no fine for violation of safety standards. And this [ношение хиджаба — прим. ред.] – Direct threat of security.
