Police officers conduct an audit on the fact of the incident with the two participation of children and women in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk.
It was established that on July 3, a 13-year-old boy complained to his mother that a 10-year-old girl allegedly stole a scooter worth 7 thousand rubles from him. After that, a 42-year-old woman found a minor and, in order to hold her before the police arrived, tied her hands, thereby causing pain.
“Inspector for minors was sent to the place, children and possible witnesses of the incident were interviewed. Currently, all circumstances are established, according to the results of the audit, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the law, ”the police said.
We add that the girl was given a referral for the passage of a forensic medical examination.
