Nawrocki complements his team. Sławomir Cenckiewicz will be the head of the National Security Bureau

President Elekt Karol Nawrocki announced on Thursday that the head of the National Security Bureau will be prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz.

Nawrocki emphasized during the conference that all the tasks that they face the President of the Republic of Poland in the field of security are performed by the BBN.

“The active authority of the President of the Republic of Poland requires the best colleagues around the president. Therefore, I decided that the head of the National Security Bureau will be Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz,” said President Elekt.

He added that he is deeply convinced that “the only reason that Professor Cenckiewicz serves is the strength and stability of the Polish -Lithuanian Commonwealth.”

Nawrocki emphasized that Cenckiewicz is a definite man, which he had the opportunity to prove as the head of the village liquidation commission, as well as the chairman of the Commission examining Russian influence. “We know that this threat of the Russian Federation, also an operational threat, is still threatening Rzeczpospolita. Hence the decision that Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz becomes the head of the National Security Bureau” – added President Elekt. (PAP)
