In Krasnoyarsk, the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region of Alexander Glikov was deprived of powers. This was reported by his associates in the official TG channel.

The issue of early termination of powers of the deputy was considered today, July 3, at the SS session. Alexander Gliskov thanked voters, activists, supporters of the LDPR party and all those who once supported him in the elections.

“Together we managed to do a lot for our native Krasnoyarsk Territory,” said Gliskov.

The ex-deputy also said that he set out his experience in the party in the format of a book, which he plans to publish in the near future.

Recall that in October 2024, the Central District Court found Alexander Glikov guilty under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced him to 10 years in prison in a maximum security colony. According to investigators, in 2017, the deputy, using his official powers, received 1 million rubles from the head of the state enterprise of Krasnoyarsk through an intermediary. It was part of a bribe of 5 million rubles. It was established that for the reward he promised to help the official to maintain his position and had to ensure general protection to the person and the enterprise.

Gliskov himself denies involvement in the crime and calls his case political. He tried to appeal the verdict, but the regional court left him unchanged.
