In honor of the 15th anniversary of the LisaAlert search and rescue team, Beeline announced the transfer of 100 sets of equipment to ensure stable mobile communications and the Internet in areas with complex natural landscapes and difficult accessibility.

The kits will allow volunteers to coordinate activities in real time, even in remote areas. The equipment includes an LTE modem with support for three SIM cards, built-in and external antennas, as well as a Wi-Fi point. The kit allows you to deploy a stable connection with a speed of more than 100 Mbit/s, and in conditions of limited coverage, obtain the highest possible speed.

The equipment has already been transferred to detachment units in eight regions of Russia – Krasnoyarsk Territory, Stavropol Territory, Saratov Region, Republic of Mordovia, Voronezh and Bryansk Regions. By the end of 2025, the kits will arrive in all regions where the LisaAlert squad operates.

The initiative became part of a long-term partnership between Beeline and LisaAlert, aimed at developing technologies for saving people. One of the key achievements of the partnership was the introduction of the geodata transfer function in the Beeline mobile application – with the prior consent of the subscriber. This solution allows you to quickly transmit data about the location of the mobile device of a missing or lost person in the event of a search and rescue operation.

Together with the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, partners are working to improve legislation so that in emergency situations it is possible to quickly use data on a person’s location to provide assistance – in a situation where consent was not previously obtained, but the person is in distress.

“It is important for us that Beeline technologies help people not only in everyday life, but also in critical situations. Together with LisaAlert, we create solutions that save lives – providing communication where there was none before, and allowing us to act faster when every minute counts. Our cooperation with LisaAlert is an example of how a technology company can be part of a large system of mutual assistance that makes searching for people more efficient and safer, and most importantly, brings real results,” said Sergei Anokhin, CEO of Beeline.

“Communication is the vascular system of search. Thanks to the new technology, our volunteers will be able to work even more efficiently in areas where the signal was previously unavailable. At the same time, the presence of communication is a critical condition for organizing a search headquarters; for rescuers it is as important as walkie-talkies, flashlights, all-terrain vehicles or compasses,” added Grigory Sergeev, head of the LisaAlert PSO.

The partnership between Beeline and LisaAlert has become an example of how business and civil society are jointly creating a new generation of security infrastructure. The transfer of equipment and legislative work is a step towards the formation in Russia of a single digital platform of salvation, where every minute and every megabit of data can be decisive for someone’s life
