In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the bailiffs forced a malicious non -payer of alimony to find a job

In the Irbean-Sayan municipal district, the bailiffs prompted the malicious default alimony to get a job. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
In 2014, the court ordered a man to pay alimony to maintain his minor daughter. However, in the second half of last year, funds in favor of the child ceased to arrive.
During the audit, the bailiffs found that the man does not fulfill the obligations on enforcement proceedings and is not officially employed. Since August 2024, he accumulated a debt of 370 thousand rubles.
“In order to oblige a man to pay the debt and return to the performance of the duties of maintaining the child, the bailiff arrested the debtor’s personal property,” the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
Realizing that the debt needs to be extinguished in any case, the man immediately got a job and began to actively pay the debt along with current alimony payments.
The measures taken by the bailiff made it possible to convince his father to pay off the debt, thereby providing his child with the assigned financial support.
