The MegaFon operator took first place among large companies in the annual ranking of IT employers Habr Career. MegaFon became a leader in six key evaluation criteria out of 12 possible.
Only employees registered on the Habr platform could take part in the study. Over the course of a year, they provided feedback and rated their employers on a wide range of specified parameters, from career opportunities to corporate social responsibility. The final score is based on the weighted average of scores in all categories, and also takes into account the recommendation indicator: how willingly employees are willing to recommend the company to others as a place to work.
The operator became a leader in the following categories: social package, career growth, recognition of work results, management literacy, communication with top management and an indicator of personal perception of the social mission “The company makes the world a better place.” The top six positions provided strong overall results – the overall score was 4.79 out of five, and 96% of participants indicated their willingness to recommend the employer.

For us, the Habr Career rating is not profile-specific, but it is of particular importance: it confirms that the company successfully attracts and retains IT specialists, for whom we have technologically complex and large-scale projects – from the development of intelligent communication networks to the creation of solutions based on big data and AI,” said Roman Ermolenko, director of corporate development and personnel management.
At the end of 2025, MegaFon received three awards in the field of HR: it was the only operator among the top 10 best employers in Russia in the HeadHunter rating. In addition, it was recognized as a leader in telecom companies in terms of employee engagement according to the results of the HappyJob study and awarded the “Great Place to Work” sign.
