“The drivers reported that the cables could smolder around the Dworzec Gdański stop. She noted that firefighters must enter the tunnel, so the tension in the third rail was turned off.

The spokeswoman later clarified that it turned out that it was a track connector failure. “This is not a fire,” she emphasized.

The track connector in the subway allows you to change the direction of trains or allows you to travel from the metro line to the other.

“Metro runs in: Słodowiec-Młociny and Kabaty-Centrum”-added Bartoń.

The Municipal Transport Board reported that the stations: Marymont, Wilson Square, Gdański Dworzec, Arsenal Town Hall, and Świętokrzyska were excluded from traffic.

Replacement bus communication on the section Słodowiec, Żeromski, Słowacki, Mickiewicz, Anders, Marszałkowska, and Centrum is underway.

I will also go to the trams of the replacement line with (61) on the route: Racegs, Puławska, Marszałkowska, Nowowiejska, Al. Niepodległości, Chałubiński, al. John Paul II, Stawki, Anders, Mickiewicz, Słowacki, Marymoncka, Metro Marymont.

On Tuesday at night a fire broke out at the energy base near the Racławice metro station. A cable tunnel in the technical floor was burning, i.e. under the rooms. 11 firefighting hosts worked at the peak moment. The firefighters ended after 9.

As reported by the town hall, devices related to the supply and control of traffic traffic, including optical fibers, were damaged. This caused not only the movement of traffic on the M1 line, but also difficulties on the M2 line.

From Thursday morning, Metro runs along the entire M1 route, but the trains do not stop at the Racławicka station. (PAP)
