This mission opens Poland to a very ambitious future-Prime Minister Donald Tusk told the Polish astronaut Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski in a video with an international space station as part of the AX-4 mission. He added that he is a symbol of Polish ambition for young people.

“I am very happy, Sławosz that we can see each other and that the distance, although counted in thousands of kilometers, is so small today,” said the prime minister. He added that he did not even know whether to say “good morning” or “good evening”.
“I don't know what time you have at the moment, but I want you to know one thing – that we are all waiting for your return here,” said Tuusk.
He also stated that Uznański-Wiśniewski is a symbol of Polish ambition for children and young people. The Prime Minister emphasized that the Polish astronaut's mission is an impulse and opens very widely “our Polish windows to space and to a very ambitious future”.
Uznański-Wiśniewski emphasized that Kosmos had inspired him since he was a child, he expressed the belief that he was also inspiring millions of Polish children to explore space, science and technology.
“For the first time we are in such an amazing scientific laboratory as an international space station. (…) I am convinced that Polish experiments carried out here today, or generally access to a Polish scientist, engineer, Polish industry, or science for such facilities as an international space station will be incredibly crucial in building our technological future,” said Uznański -Wiśniewski.
