The Israel-Premier Tech cycling team will be called the NSN Cycling Team after being taken over by sports and entertainment company Never Say Never. Its co-founder is the former emblematic footballer of Barcelona and the Spanish national team.
This year, the team Israel-Premier Tech he was the target of a series of protests over several races, culminating in the Tour of Spain. In an official statement, the team announced that NSN (Never Say Never) signed a partnership with Stonewega Geneva-based investment platform, and the new brand will be registered as a Swiss company operating mainly from Barcelona and Girona, Reuters notes.
“The NSN Cycling Team and NSN Development Team will meet next week for the team's pre-season training camp and unveil the new equipment and race schedule for the coming period“, it is stated.

Israel Premier-Tech has been excluded from the Giro dell'Emilia due to safety concerns following incidents in the Vuelta.
The team removed its full name from road jerseys during the Tour of Spain, and in October officials said they would move away from the Israeli identity after more than a decade.
The main sponsor withdrew in November
On 8 November, title sponsor Premier-Tech ended its association with the team, although at the time there was talk of a new repositioning for the 2026 season and operating under a new name.
The Israeli licensed team was created in 2014 by Ron Baron and Ron Margaliot and is based in Israel. Premier-Tech, the Canadian horticulture company, has announced that it is relinquishing its title sponsor position with immediate effect.

“While we have noted the team's decision to change their name for the 2026 season, Premier Tech's primary reason for sponsoring the team has been overshadowed to such an extent that it has become impossible for us to continue as a sponsor“, the company said.
“We want to thank the team – riders and staff – for four unforgettable seasons with them and recognize their incredible achievements and professionalism both on and off the road“, it was written in the official note.
