Orlen will provide 140 million cubic meters of natural gas on the basis of a new contract with Ukrainian Naftogaz – the concern said in a press release. The raw material will come from the United States and after regasification at the LNG terminal in Świnoujście will go to Ukraine.

It was stated that the contract guarantees the continuity of gas fuel supply to the Ukrainian market in the following months and is important for the country's energy security before the start of the heating season. It was indicated that this is the fourth gas supply agreement concluded by Orlen and Naftogaz in 2025. The total volume of the three previous contracts is about 300 million cubic meters. Each time the raw material came from the American LNG regasification, which the Polish company brought to the terminals in Świnoujście or Lithuanian Klaipeda.
Another agreement is the result of a trade cooperation agreement in the LNG natural gas area, which Naftogaz and Orlen signed in March 2025.
The Orlen Group has been present on the Ukrainian market for over two decades, and since 2007 it has been providing fuel from the refinery in Poland and Lithuania. Deliveries did not cease in the face of Russian aggression of February 24, 2022 (PAP Biznes)
