1. Flour
Raw flour may contain dangerous bacteria, such as E. coli or salmonella. Infection is already possible at the stage of collecting grain. Therefore, raw dough can cause food poisoning.
2. Beef minced meat
Small meat of meat increases the risk of infection with E. coli bacteria, which can get into the product. Unlike a steak, which is fried outside, minced meat requires a complete frying.
3. Beans
Undeded beans contains a toxin phytogemagglutinin. Even 2-3 raw legumes are able to cause poisoning. Soaking and prolonged cooking are required.
4. Milk
Nepasturized milk can be a source of bacteria such as Listeria, Salmonella and Campilobacter. Without heat treatment, the drink can be dangerous to health.
5. Spinach
In raw form, spinach is rich in oxalic acid, which can interfere with the absorption of calcium and contribute to the formation of kidney stones. Cooking reduces the concentration of matter.
