In Krasnoyarsk, a citizen of Uzbekistan will appear before the court for the murder of his friend, committed 18 years ago. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, in 2006, at that time, a 32-year-old native of Uzbekistan got a job at the winery in Krasnoyarsk and made friends there with a 42-year-old colleague. One evening, friends decided to drink and went to the cafe by the lake.
A conflict arose in the institution between men, as a result of which a foreigner killed his friend. He grabbed the Krasnoyarsk by the jacket, pulled it out into the street and inflicted at least five beats on the head, and then strangled him.
For 18 years, the murder remained unsolved. However, as part of the work on the investigation of crimes of past years with the coordinating role of the prosecutor's office, law enforcement officers analyzed the materials and established the identity of the criminal.
The man pleaded guilty and explained:
“We talked daily, went for dinners together. After the shift, we had dinner, while drinking alcohol. There were never conflicts between us, there were fraternal relations. ”
The prosecutor’s office approved him of the murder (paragraph “L” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
