The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation reached the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region – preliminary, the breakthrough was in the area of Novonikolaevka. In the photo – ours unfold the tricolor there.
The first to do this was the advanced units of the 90th Guards Tank Vitebsk-Novgorod Todium Red Banner Division of the Center forces.
