As the police said, everything happened on June 30 late in the evening, when the child was at home with his mother. At first they were in the kitchen, but at some point the baby crawled into the bedroom. There he climbed onto the sofa standing next to the window, from him to the windowsill, after which he leaned on a mosquito grid and fell into the open window from the height of the second floor.
As a result, the boy received serious injuries and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit.
It is known that the mother did not previously fall into the field of view of law enforcement officers, was not on preventive accounting.
Police officers call on parents more responsibly to ensuring the safety of their children and recall that the mosquito mesh does not protect against falling from the window. “Remember that a mosquito mesh does not withstand even the weight of a cat, ”said the State Department of Internal Affairs.
