In February 2023, Red&White took over the majority stake in SC Dinamo 1948 SA (72.8%), from Dorin Şerdean (Lotus company), for 500,000 euros.
Beyond these shares, Eugen Voicu and Andrei Nicolescu received another 8% of the shares of the Peluza Cătălin Hîldan Association. In the agreement between the two parties, the percentage of 8% ceded by the supporters of DDB was to reach CS Dinamo at the moment when the association will be realized.
In addition to these actions, CS Dinamo will be elected with another 7% (2% from Red&White and 5% from the dilution of Nicolae Badea's entity, Asociația Clubul Sportiv Fotbal Club Dinamo.

It remains to be seen when this historic move will be made official. SC Dinamo took all the necessary steps already in 2024, after sending a letter of intent through which it invited the representatives of the Ministry of Interior to discussions.
