In the spring of 2025, LPP opened a second magazine in Romania. Importantly, the new LPP Logistics location was aimed at improving the delivery of online orders to customers not only in Romania, but also in Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece and Hungary. An object with an area of 40,000 sq m and warehouse capacity of up to 4 million articles is located in Ctpark Bucharest West, near Bucharest. Official messages show that the facility could serve up to 400,000 orders per day.

On June 29, however, a fire broke out in the warehouse. According to the local Profit.ro portal, the fire broke out in the hall inside the logistics park, at the roof level, at photovoltaic panels and inside the warehouse.

“Fortunately, there are no victims in people. Material damage will be determined later. Thank you to the firefighters and we are grateful to them for a quick and efficient intervention. The teams present at the scene quickly located and professionally managed the situation, limiting the fire to one building and only to its part, without spreading to other buildings in the park,” said Peter Ceresik Managing CTP Romania.

Activities in a damaged building will be quickly moved in such a way as not to disturb the current operations of the Lessee company – Added.

The LPP Group has been present in Romania since 2007 and has a network of over 200 stores on the local market under five brands: Reserved, Cropp, Mohito, House and Sinsay.
