Orlen is looking for money. The giant will broadcast up to EUR 600 million in bonds

Orlen concluded the issue documentation regarding medium -term D series bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 600 million, which will be issued as part of the medium -term bond issue program – the concern said in a statement. Emission funds will be used to finance projects from three categories: renewable energy, energy efficiency and pure transport.


The nominal value of one bond is 100,000 euro, and their number is 6,000.
The planned day of settlement of bond issue is July 2, 2025. The purchase day was set for July 2, 2032.
Registration for bonds was carried out on June 25, 2025 and the subscription was completed on the same day. The offer was not divided into tranches. The bond assignment was carried out on June 25, 2025, and the issue of the issue will be made on July 2, 2025.
During the subscription period, 139 investors expressed interest in bonds. The final book of demand included entries for over EUR 1.49 billion, which means about 2.5 times bonds. ORLEN has assigned 117 investors from 27 countries.
Bonds will not be secured.
It was stated that the company would apply for admission of bonds to trading on the regulated market run by Euronext Dublin and on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
BNP Paribas, ING, Société Générale, as well as Caixabank and Deutsche Bank Aktiengeselleschaft took part in the preparation of the transaction. (PAP Biznes)
