KNF alerts. Further entities on the list of public warnings

New entities were entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, towards which notifications were sent to the prosecutor's office about suspected business that is not in line with the regulations – KNF informed on Monday.

Mariusz Szafraniec “Softmar” came to the list. The notification was sent to the District Prosecutor's Office in Częstochowa.

In addition, unidentified people using the names “Investingfdx” and “FDXINVVESTING” were entered, operating via fdxinvesting.com, as well as the entity operating by the Signalfxoption.com website. Notifications were directed to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The list of warnings conducted by the PFSA is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a notification of suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the society and business entities about the need to exercise greater caution during contacts with these entities.
