In Krasnoyarsk, the schoolboy received a serious eye injury at the game of Straykbol and almost blinded. This was reported in the United press service of the courts of the region.
Everything happened in the Arena sports and tactical club. The mask that the instructor issued to the teenager did not meet security requirements. When a plastic ball from a striking drive crashed against it when hit, the fragments penetrated the grid and damaged the student’s right eye. As a result, vision on this eye at a minor fell to 0.100.
A criminal case was opened on the organizer of the striking games under Part 1 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements). The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 240 hours of compulsory work. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
