Having drove with the outfit in the Directorate for more detailed research, Krasnoyarsk realized how to avoid responsibility: he picked up water from the toilet, diluting biomaterial. However, the laboratory quickly revealed this trick and equated this action to the refusal to undergo a medical examination. ”

In court, the man said that at the time of passing the analysis he was sober, was in a long remission and did not use anything forbidden. “I thought that the health worker would not correctly appreciate the tests, since no one went to the bathroom with me,” he explained.

As a result, he was sentenced to 1 year 2 months of conditional imprisonment with a trial period of 2 years.
