More than 9.5 thousand northerners will be able to use compensation for travel to the place of treatment in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Thanks to the spring adjustment of the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, more than 9.5 thousand northerners will be able to use compensation for travel to the place of treatment and vice versa. Such information sounded the day before in the Legislative Assembly of the region, where a meeting of the Northern Committee of Parliament was held.

The Minister of Health of the Territory Natalia Govorushkina noted that the new measure of social support was popular. Last year, more than 3750 residents of the Arctic zone of the region took advantage of it. In the spring adjustment of the budget for these purposes, more than 102 million rubles were additionally provided, which will improve health and receive treatment of even more than 9.5 thousand northerners. At the same time, the average fare for each patient will be about 29 thousand rubles.

Also, this year, repair expenses provided for the Norilsk inter -district hospital No. 1, Norilsk City Hospital No. 2.

The chairman of the relevant committee Lyudmila Magomedova recalled that more than 10 thousand families from Norilsk and Dudinka are waiting for their turn to relocate “to the mainland”. The current programs need additional financing, primarily from the federal budget.

Another problematic question is the nutrition of schoolchildren. Tatyana Gridasova, Deputy Minister of Education of the Territory, said that the department developed a bill that increases the cost of a food set for students in schools in the Arctic zone, taking into account the actual prices in the north of the region. The daily calorie content of the diet of small northerners will also be increased by 10%. The cost of products for cooking breakfast for a primary school student in Dudinka according to preliminary calculations will increase from 74 to 130 rubles, for Hatanga – from 174 to 300 rubles. It is planned that the increase will be from September 2025.

Last year, a law was adopted, which allowed the specialists of the “polar” from the first day of work in the Arctic zone. Lyudmila Magomedova is sure: to keep personnel in the north is one of the main conditions for the successful development of the Arctic. Now it is important to expand the age limits for receiving payments. Now they are limited by the bar up to 35 years.

The head of the agency for the development of the northern territories and the support of the KMN Anton Narchuganov spoke about the development of reindeer herder. The rate increased to 728 rubles for the head allowed to fix a stable building of homework by 1-3% annually. According to preliminary data, now it has 129 thousand heads.

The issue of payments for shooting wolves remains acute. Initially, the measure was social in nature, provided to persons leading a traditional lifestyle, if it was necessary to protect the family and property from predators, including a deer herd. Now in Taimyr for the skin of a wolf, the hunter receives 15 thousand rubles, and in Evenkia – 35 thousand rubles. In addition to regional funds, hunters from Evenkia receive additional payments from the municipality for the shooting of wolves, their size reaches 100 thousand rubles. According to Lyudmila Magomedova, taking into account the comments of the Accounts Chamber, the question arises: how effectively budget funds are used. It is necessary to establish a single approach using the territorial coefficient, to enter a per capita restriction on payments.
