A former employee of the entertainment institution “Bar but this is not for sure” on Molokova Street in Krasnoyarsk complained to the prosecutor’s office of serious violations of veterinary and sanitary standards, the rules for fire safety and the protection of consumer rights and employees. During the audit, this was confirmed.

It was established that the owners of the bar systematically delayed the payment of salaries, and also committed gross violations of the conditions of food handling.
“So, part of the ingredients used was of unknown origin, veterinary documents were absent for a significant share of products, about 10 kg of food were stored with expired shelf life, and over 30 kg of frozen berries did not have proper labeling,” the prosecutor's office said.

Based on the results of the audit, administrative cases were initiated by the owner of the institution for violation of sanitary standards (part 2 of article 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), fire safety (part 1 of article 20.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), hygiene standards (Article 6.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) and labor legislation (part 4 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
Also, at the request of the prosecutor's office, all suspicious and overdue products from the catering unit, only about 90 kg were destroyed. The elimination of other violations is under the control of the department.
