In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man threatened his neighbor with an ax and was put under investigation. The incident was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
A resident of the village of Topolki reported the conflict to the police. It turned out that the enmity between the neighbors has been going on for a long time. During another quarrel, a 42-year-old man came to his enemy’s house, threatened him and brandished an ax.
The victim perceived these actions as a real danger to his life and called the duty station. An operational investigation team was sent to the scene.
A criminal case was opened against the attacker under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Threat of murder or infliction of grievous bodily harm.” Now he faces up to 2 years in prison.
