United Russia summed up the intermediate results of its work and outlined plans for the coming years. Secretary of the General Council Vladimir Yakushev presented the interim results of current activities at a meeting of the general council, which was held with the participation of the party chairman Dmitry Medvedev.
United Russia is at the start of a large electoral cycle, the final of which will be the elections of State Duma deputies in 2026. The party chairman in his speech noted that the party conducts an analysis of activities for high -quality preparation for the upcoming campaigns.
“Our goal is an unconditional victory in the parliamentary elections. I consider it possible to improve our current positions. We expand the possibilities for an operational response to requests from citizens, increase the interaction of party organizations and the deputy corps in the field. We collect the proposals of voters who will be included in the new edition of the folk program. The development of questions that should be included in it must be given close attention, ”Dmitry Medvedev set the task.
He emphasized that the party is focused on updating personnel and improving the quality of the deputy corps.
“The results of preliminary party voting are the best confirmation that the work is in the right direction. On a single voting day in September 2025, more than 800 participants in the special operation will represent a party in elections of different levels, ”he said. Medvedev also noted the importance of the forums of municipal deputies as sites for the exchange of experience and strengthening intra -party ties, and the All -Russian forum will become the result at the end of 2025.
To strengthen internal mobilization and preparation for a large -scale campaign, the party scales the best practices of working with people in new regions. One of the effective methods is the humanitarian mission of the party, which has become the center of patriotic initiative through specific affairs.
“The work of the humanitarian mission increases the authority of the party, influence among civilian activists, and helps to build strong ties with a patriotic business through different projects. Secretary of the General Council Vladimir Yakushev added that the mission will continue as much as it will be required. 141 thousand tons of humanitarian goods have already been delivered, and this figure is growing.
He also noted the implementation of the folk program – by 83 %. Among the achievements of last year: the growth of the uterus, the opening of almost 2.5 thousand FAPs, the gasification of 285 thousand houses, the construction of 293 schools and the overhaul of another 847 objects, the improvement of about 8 thousand courtyards and public spaces. “Social gasification and construction of schools are priorities on behalf of the president,” Yakushev emphasized.
The party is actively engaged in legislative activities: the deputies of United Russia introduced more than half of the bills of the current convocation of the State Duma (53 %). Also, a reboot of party projects and infrastructure is underway. After a year of primary, a system of incentives of the branches was created, federal and regional councils were formed, and primary departments were resumed. This year, the initiatives of municipal deputies are actively being worked out.
Work with supporters (more than 900 thousand people) and youth continues actively: the “Young Guard” signed 320 agreements with universities and creates cells for working with students. The total party is 2.6 million.

He also instructed to work out a number of initiatives: to allocate an additional weekend to municipal deputies to work with residents and solving local issues, creating branch Higher Party School of United Russia in the new regions.
