On Norilskaya Street in Krasnoyarsk, a non -ecological boiler room was closed.
She became the last heat source that ceased to work as part of the federal project “Clean Air” by the national project “Ecological Blessing”.
“The boiler room has been working since 1975. For 50 years, the heat -source annually threw more than 1000 tons of pollutants, and the dust from a coal warehouse and ash storage flew to the nearest streets. The boiler room was closed-this can be called a historical event, its consumers are translated at the capacities of the Krasnoyarsk TPP-2, which uses the modern gas cleaning system, ”said Vladimir Chasovitin, Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
To close the boiler room, energy carried out a lot of work – they revised the entire heat supply scheme of the district. About 12 km of heating systems were built and reconstructed there, which will significantly improve the quality of heat supply to the inhabitants. They took into account plans for the development of the northwestern part of the city. Heat attracted to the area. Enough for new buildings. As explained by the director of the Krasnoyarsk heating system of the Yenisei TGK JSC, a part of the Siberian Generating Company group Sergei Ivanov, the time for stopping the boiler room was chosen based on the terms of the planning CHP-2 planned stop, to which consumers will be connected.
“This boiler room supplied hot water to 102 objects, including 52 residential buildings. In winter, she produced and released about 40-42 gigacalories per hour into the network, and in the summer-4.5-5 gigacalories per hour of heat. Now consumers are transferred to TPP-2. It is now stopped, hydraulic tests and repair on networks are underway. Reconnecting will reduce the time of disconnecting consumers from hot water by 4 days. On July 2, they will already receive water from TPP-2, ”explained Sergey Ivanov.
Recall that the SGK has been implementing the program for the closure of such boiler houses since 2018. The result of the events already performed by the company was a decrease in emissions by 11 thousand tons per year. Work on improving the ecology of the regional capital continues. Among the main events are the modernization of large industrial enterprises, the transfer of the private sector to environmentally friendly types of heating, etc.
