In Krasnoyarsk, in the area of the meat factory, land plots are redeemed to repair the road there, the city hall said.
There it is planned to pave the roadway, install lighting supports and equip the sidewalks. Repair is prevented by the fact that the plots are in private ownership – the two are required for the exchange procedure, five are seized in court. There are more apartment buildings on six more and it is necessary to hold common house meetings in order to obtain the consent of the owners to survey. In the rest of the areas, negotiations are being held.
Today, only two sections out of 20 are transferred to municipal property, the owner of two more agrees to pay compensation.

Recall that in the fall of last year, residents of Norilskaya and Grosovtsev streets turned to the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory with a question of the construction of the road. On his behalf, the mayor of Krasnoyarsk went to the place. During this time, a public easement was imposed on the land plots, the lands in the alignment of the road were reserved, part of the sections was assessed and the results were sent to the owners. Also, the specialists of the citywater have already repaired lamps on existing supports and lanterns, and in winter they leveled and cleaned the road.
