In the village of Emelyanovo, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a cadastral engineer was fined that he issued a car service as a garage. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the region.
The man made the customer a technical plan for a two -story garage with an area of 708 square meters. m. In fact, a car service with a technical center was located on the site. The owner did not have a permit for the construction of such an object; he was not officially putting the facility into operation.
“Instead of stopping the customer’s illegal actions, the engineer prepared documents in which he introduced fictitious information about the appointment of the building, hiding the inconsistency of the actual use of papers – for the conduct of a personal subsidiary farm,” the supervisory authority explained.
According to the decree of the prosecutor's office, the engineer was fined 30 thousand rubles for entering knowingly false information into the technical plan (part 4 of article 14.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
Registration of the facility according to illegal documents was terminated, in the municipality they were informed about the unauthorized structure.
