“I will file a criminal complaint, they committed an abuse of office”

After the Oltenians did not receive the Liga 2 license a few days ago, on Wednesday they had a new blow, after the disciplinary commission decided to penalize the FCU two points following the 7 files in which it has debts to third parties, on May 28.

The Oltenians did not pay their debts, and the submission will continue every 15 days with two points for each file. When 12 points are collected on a single file, FCU Craiova will be excluded and can only be reaffiliated after the debts are paid.

Adrian Mititelu does not conceive of deposition

After receiving the news, Adrian Mititelu had a harsh reaction, announcing that he will make a criminal complaint, especially since this decision “is equal to zero”.

“This news was waiting for all these who were connected to our situation. It was a predictable something, given the procedure that existed. Only this decision has no legal value, it is zero! It is a decision given by some who have nothing to do with the federation.

The club's financial inability is imputed because of the federation. I am convinced that this deposit will not stand, it will be null. They have just committed an abuse in the service, because they have usurped a quality. Next week, I will file a criminal complaint to the Prosecutor's Office, in which I will argue why it is a criminal act.

I was just waiting for such a measure. So, from my point of view, this sanction is zero. Will never be able to be implemented, except temporarily. In the medium term, it will be canceled ”, said Adrian Mititelu, quoted by prosport.ro.
