Co -financing of the purchase of glasses – contrary to popular opinion – is not reserved exclusively for employees. Relatively few Polish women and Poles know that analogous support can be obtained from the National Health Fund.

Co -financing for glasses is one of the most frequently chosen employee benefits. Of course, for those who require vision correction. Anyway, you can also receive support for the purchase of lenses from the employer. In the light of the applicable regulations, the employer may not refuse to cover some of the costs associated with the purchase of prescription glasses if the required conditions are met.
