In the summer of 2023, Tonya Matvienko said she was a potter, but when she got married for the first time, she took her husband’s last name. Later, koGda began to build a career as an artist, decided to take the name of her mother as a pseudonym.
The artist admitted that officially on the passport she became Tonya Matvienko when she was in the ninth month of pregnancy and was preparing to become a mother for the second time. She noted that she did not want a child from her current husband Arsen Mirzoyan to bear the name of her first spouse.
“Arsen and I decided that I was not changing my last name. Therefore, I remained Matvienko,” the singer emphasized.
