Adam Bodnar informs about the activities of the prosecutor's office related to the presidential elections


“The first 6 investigations of the District Prosecutor's Office were initiated on electoral irregularities” – Adam Bodnar informed in the post on the social platform.
The minister mentioned the investigations in the following regional prosecutor's offices: in Jelenia Góra regarding the precinct electoral commission No. 6 in Kamienna Góra, in Włocławek on the District Electoral Commission No. 4 in Brest Kujawski, in Opole regarding the District Electoral Commission No. 3 in Oleśno and District Electoral Commission No. 9 in Strzelce Opolskie, in Bielsko-Biała on two peripheral committees. Electoral in Bielsko-Biała, in Krakow on the District Commission No. 95 in Krakow and Katowice on one of the regional electoral commissions in Katowice.

She explained that the prosecutor had read the Supreme Court with the reports of recalculating voting cards from 10 peripheral electoral commissions (Kraków, Tarnów, Katowice, Strzelce Opolskie, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Olesno, Grudziądz, Kamienna Góra, Wieniec-Bobychiu Kujawski, Gdańsk); In 7 of them there were votes, which resulted in the erroneous acceptance that Karol Nawrocki obtained a larger number of votes in these circuits.
