If you have already tried all the recipes, it's time to shake the menu: 1 spoon of an unusual ingredient – and familiar meat acquires new notes of taste, turns into a hit of a Chinese restaurant. This sweet and sour version is simply prepared, and the taste is as if the boss from Beijing was prepared. They shared the advice in the TG channel “homely” (18+).

You will need

  • 400 g pork
  • 30 g of vegetable oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 Bulgarian pepper
  • 1 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
  • 10 g of honey
  • Salt, ground ginger.

Cooking

  1. Cut pork with cubes and hold for 15 minutes in the marinade of 1 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce and 200 ml of water, slightly salted.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the pepper with stripes, and onions are thin feathers.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Put the meat in hot oil in batches. Do not put a lot – it is necessary that the pieces be easily turned over. Fry the pork until crusted on each side.
  4. Put the carrots in the same oil, after 2 minutes – pepper and onions. Stew 5 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Prepare the sauce: mix the tomato paste, the remaining soy sauce, ginger and garlic passed through the press. Put The main chip of the dish is honey.
  6. Add the meat to the vegetables, mix with the sauce and simmer until the pork is ready.
