In Tyumen, due to the collapse of the metal structure, three workers were killed, two more were in the hospital. The tragedy occurred at the construction site of the Cosmo residential complex.
According to Vosslokh.ru with reference to the IC of the Tyumen region, on June 17, in the morning on the construction site of a residential building on Yevgeny Voinov Street, a remote platform on the 11th floor collapsed. At that moment, there were two workers on it, three more stood below.
A criminal case was opened on the fact of an emergency. Investigators work on the spot.
Work on the site was carried out by the company “TKS”. They commented on the incident.
“For us, this accident today has become a real tragedy. Now it is important to support the families of the dead and to ensure the speedy recovery of the injured children. For our part, we are ready to provide all possible assistance and support. On the fact of the incident, a thorough investigation will be carried out to establish the true causes of what happened today, ”the company explained.
