The most important day of the year has arrived for Dinamo. The club announced the insolvency through an official statement.
The court was pronounced today, immediately after the appearance from the court: the request for insolvency was admitted by the syndic judge.
Andrei Nicolescu, the special administrator of the club, also offered a first reaction: “Today it is about hope, struggle and rebirth. We thank all those who have not left us alone! The insolvency is a victory of the supporters, of those who believed and went on, even when it seemed impossible.”

Initial News: Today judged Dinamo's insolvency exit request
Dinamo submitted the request for emergency insolvency to get rid of this process as soon as possible. The main objective is to get out of insolvency as possible, so that the people of Bucharest have a UEFA license as soon as possible, and what happened in the recent season not to repeat it.
The red-blue ones qualified in the play-off, but could not fight in a league lecture place due to the lack of UEFA license.
The last step before submitting the request for insolvency was the fight in court with Vasile Șiman. Dinamo obtained two favorable decisions in the process of the former sport owner in “Ionuț Șerban” case. The businessman asked for a million euros, because Dinamo did not comply with the footballer's contract clause.
Also, before the application, Red & White and APCH, Dinamo shareholders, paid 400,000 euros to ANAF, from a total debt of 1.5 million euros, according to prosport.ro.
