In the Nazarovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two children staged an accident during skiing on motor vehicles.

The traffic police said that last Friday the 9-year-old girl rode an electric scooter in the village of Koltsovo and collided with a Pitbike under the control of a 14-year-old boy. The girl received a fracture of the forearm and bruises. The teenager has serious head injuries.

According to the state traffic inspectorate, the electric shock belongs to the grandmother of the child. The girl came to visit her and asked for permission to ride.

“The girl was traveling on an electric scooter along the left edge of the roadway to meet the vehicles. When inspecting the vehicle, traffic police inspectors found that the power of the electric scapot engine is 350 W, this type of transport is equated with a moped, for the management of which it is necessary to have a driver’s certificate “M”, which the girl does not have. And she controlled them without a motorcycle and protective equipment, ”the police said.

The second vehicle, Pitbike, belongs to the father of the teenager. The man explained that his son traveled on him for about a year. That evening, the child neglected the motorized wool and protective equipment. According to the technical characteristics, Pitbike is equated with a moped, for the management of which you need to have a driver’s license “M”, which a teenager does not have.

In relation to the owners of vehicles, materials were compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles. Vehicles are placed in a special parking lot. In addition, information about incidents is sent to PD to consider the issue of attracting parents under Art. 5.35 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors.”
