Recall that in April 2024, the 45-year-old detective of the department of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs learned that the employees of the credit organization of Fintstitite Group LLC deceived their client. So, in April, a local entrepreneur took a loan from a company of 6 million rubles. He left the house and land as a pledge. Despite the fact that the man repaid the loan in time, his property was taken away from him. The company has not fulfilled its obligations.

The entrepreneur turned to the police. While he was a statement, he complained to an employee of the department that he might refuse to initiate a criminal case, and the owner of the organization will be able to avoid punishment.

Then the policeman promised a man to achieve justice for 1 million rubles. However, he is not the opportunity to influence the course of the test. The businessman decided to “get rid of the unrest” and gave the police money. And he, in turn, was not going to fulfill the agreements and spent the money on himself.

“I appropriated the money received. At the same time, I did not take any actions aimed at making a decision, ”the police officer said.

The former law enforcement officer was convicted of fraud. He will serve his sentence in a penal colony of general regime with the deprivation of the right to occupy positions in the authorities for 2 years. The court also deprived him of the special title of “police major”.
