In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court appointed a resident of Lesosibirsk for 10 days of arrest for driving an electric bike and without rights.
The DPS crew stopped a 35-year-old man the night before. The police found that the capacity of the vehicle is 350 W, so they need a driver’s license of category “M” to drive.
“However, the man did not have him. At the same time, he was drunk drunk – when checking, the alcotester showed 0.88 mg/l, ”the police said.
The Leso -Siberian explained that he did not know that he was violating traffic rules.
The court found the man guilty of an offense under part 3 of article 12.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The electric bike is placed on the special parking lot.
