An internal investigation was started at the level of the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Prahova, following the crime that took place on Monday in Lipănești, a 22 -year -old being killed by his ax by his concubine, Agerpres reports.
“We requested through the Public Order Service and the Internal Control Office to carry out internal checks with the observance of the procedures and orders in force for the monitoring of the conflict states and the intervention to the notifications of domestic violence under the units on which the respective event was registered. We also requested the identification of all the notifications, Arranged within them, ”said Police Chief Commissioner Ginel Preda on Thursday.

He reiterated that, in 2025, no conflicts were notified between the aggressor and the 22 -year -old.
“As a result of the checks carried out, it turned out that at the police level of the city of Boldești Scăeni, three calls were registered by SNAU by the victim, in 2024, regarding a conflict with this concubine. The victim was also (…) In 2025 I had no conflict between the two or between the two.
Regarding the other notifications, they targeted verbal conflicts, said Chief Commissioner Ginel Preda.
“It never requested the issuance of a protection order. Never. Moreover, in no intervention the intervention of the ambulance has been requested to find injuries of the victim,” added Ginel Preda.
He explained regarding the management of conflict states by domestic violence that since 2022 a guidance for monitoring them has been submitted to all subunits.
