However, I did not expect such an evolution on our part.
Many of the players convened at this final tournament are not used to such a pace. For them, it was a great experience. They felt it on the field, not only they saw it on the TV. Now … I do not know when they will have the opportunity to play at such a level. Maybe only if they will evolve into the groups of European cups.
I am proud, proud, proud, three times proud! But two games are not: the one with Finland and today. I appealed a little to pride, to pride … The score is a liar, it could be much higher.
So, out of 16 games, two are not proud. From the other 14, yes, they are! I did something beautiful with the players, I think. For many of them, it is the end of the road, the 2002-2003 generation. I want them to have, in their career, as many matches as possible.
It's a sad end. That's why I didn't hug with the players, not because I had a problem with any of them, because I didn't have it. I do not know if many would have changed if I had sent seven new players from the beginning, there was no game relationship between them.
We remain with the experience and the fact that the players felt what the level of European Top, otherwise, I stop to draw conclusions.
Very many people do not understand. I talk to you for a long time about the time shootings in Liga 1, about the lack of speed, but there is no point in commenting on this topic, there are very easy things to see.

There are many players born abroad, in Spain or Italy. I do not think that only with them all the problems will be solved, but we can hope for qualifications.
The U21 generation that comes will be beaten. Mirel Rădoi's team from 2019 showed quite differently. In addition to quality, he had remarkable physical power. Here, in this generation, I was weaker in this chapter. We will qualify for final tournaments, and at least 3-4 players in the current generation will evolve for the big national team.
In the future, UMIT can play, without problems, for the national team of Romania. I cannot answer you about his intentions, there were some before this final tournament, to see if it changes. And he, and the layer, play in small teams in France and can hold this final tournament.
