The former head of the Krasnoyarsk inspectorate department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry of Emergencies received 7 years in strict regime per bribe. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
It was established that the former head of the department of the State Inspectorate for Little Courts received money from a private manufacturer. In return, the senior state inspector provided the businessman with a quick and guaranteed issuance of permits that allow timely execution of contracts. The court sentenced the ex-head of the Krasnoyarsk unit of the GIMS center for receiving a bribe to deprivation of liberty for a period of 7 years, which will be held in a maximum security colony. In addition, he lost the right to occupy leading posts in the civil service for 5 years and will pay a fine of 1.9 million rubles.
