
In addition to a huge amount of protein, seafood are rich in minerals and vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids of omega 3. Many consider seafood: especially oysters, mussels, red fish. They contain easily digestible protein, maximum zinc and components necessary for male health.
We offer the recipe for a nutritious, but at the same time light salad with tomatoes, olives, red fish and marine inhabitants. Cooking does not take much time and will be 10-15 minutes.
We will need:
Sea cocktail – 450 g.
Cherry tomatoes – 200 g
Maslins without bones – half a half
Smoked red fish (we have a keta) – 100 g
Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard – 1 tbsp. l
Spices
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Frozen seafood must be put in a pan and put on fire. As soon as they thaw, drain the liquid, and fry the seafood for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into the salad bowl, add olives there (you can cut it in halves, you can leave it with whole), cut the red fish with cubes and send it to the salad bowl.
Now you need to prepare a gas station. We take 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 lemon juice and mustard. Spices and spices can be added to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Seafoods are laid out in the container, the refueling is poured and thoroughly mixed.
