In Krasnoyarsk, they are looking for a company that will serve a 2-level underground parking lot on Dubrovinsky Street. The corresponding tender appeared on the public procurement website. The customer is the regional “center of transport logistics”.
The initial auction price is 14.63 million rubles. This is the cost of 11 months of parking service since its commissioning. This includes staff wages, cleaning costs and other maintenance, as well as attracting potential users (including the development of the site, developing a logo and corporate identity).
Those who deal with parking will become known on July 29.
Recall that the parking on Dubrovinsky Street under the lower tier of Theater Square began to be built in 2023. The commissioning of the facility was scheduled for the end of the first half of 2024, but the completion of the work was postponed to a later date.
