In Krasnoyarsk, a woman tried to bribe law enforcement officers to help her foreign husband avoid responsibility for violation of migration rules. This was reported in the transport police of Siberia.
The couple came to the view of the guards order after the 32-year-old man decided to smoke on board the aircraft arriving in Krasnoyarsk from St. Petersburg. Despite the official warning of the crew commander, the foreigner violated the ban on smoking on the plane twice. Later, when checking the documents, the police found out that the man does not comply with migration legislation. A foreign citizen did not leave the territory of Russia in a timely manner, and the declared purpose of the visit did not comply with actual activity.
The wife of a migrant-extensor, also a foreigner, decided to help her wife avoid punishment for offenses. She tried to transfer a bribe in the amount of 9 thousand rubles to an employee of the transport police. But the attacker’s plan was unsuccessful.
In relation to her husband, protocols were drawn up under four articles of the Code of the Russian Federation on administrative offenses:
- for violation of the ban on smoking tobacco;
- failure to fulfill the legal orders of the aircraft commander;
- evasion of departure from the Russian Federation after the expiration of the stay;
- Violation of the mode of stay in the Russian Federation.
The woman herself for attempted giving bribes fell under a criminal case (part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 291.2). Now the foreigner is under the subscription about the loss.
